Return Policy

Suspected Faulty Items:

As electronic gadgets have a tendancy to be a little complicated at times, we ensure that all of our products have technical support by telephone/e-mail/website, all of which are detailed in each user manual. Often people suspect an item to be faulty; however there is usually a simple solution, which can be solved by contacting the technical support team. If you suspect that your item may be faulty, then please contact us immediately. We strive to resolve any issues with faulty items as quickly as possible. We require that you send the suspected faulty unit back to our premises. The unit will be inspected by our trained technical staff to establish whether there is a fault present. If by any chance you item is faulty, we will either:

Replace the faulty unit with a brand new unit of the same monetary value (as our stock levels are constantly fluctuating, we may not be able to replace your faulty unit with an identical product.)

Alternatively we will issue you a full refund* of your original payment. As we use the PayPal payment module all refunds will be processed through PayPal. If you originally paid via Credit/Debit card, your funds will be returned to the original card.

When returning a suspected faulty item, you can specify how you would prefer UnbeatableGadgets to deal with the return (ie. you state your preference of either a refund or replacement). UnbeatableGadgets make the final decision on how to deal with any faulty items.

Unwanted Items:

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will refund your original payment*. As we use the PayPal payment module all refunds will be processed through PayPal. If you originally paid via Credit/Debit card, your funds will be returned to the original card.

All unwanted (not faulty) returned products must be sent in their original boxes, containing all of the supplied accessories.

*Refunds are issued after an extensive inspection of the product by our technical team. Consumers must provide all contact details in case the technical team require any further information. Please note that you will NOT receive a refund for the P&P charges for an unwanted return.

If you are returning your product for a replacement or refund, you must first contact our technical support team by e-mail on sales@unbeatablegadgets.co.uk to obtain your RMA number. Then please follow the link below to the appropriate form.
