Ordering

Ordering is easy and it can be done instantly with any major debit/credit card or with a PayPal account. PayPal accept the following methods of payment:

Online Ordering Safety

Your safety is guaranteed because UnbeatableGadgets uses the latest measures to protect your security when you shop with us. As we only use the PayPal payment module, their SSL Software ensures that your credit/debit card information is encrypted, when you place an order on their secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.

Dispatch & Delivery of Orders

We endeavour to despatch orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours, subject to stock availability and security checks. Most orders placed outside of this time are subject to a 24 hour delay in despatch- except Fridays.

All orders delivered to mainland UK addresses are despatched via either UPS (Standard Service), so you should normally receive your items within a very short amount of time - but please allow up to 10 working days (2 weeks) after you have placed your order. Upon Despatch you will be sent tracking information for your delivery, so that you can view the progress of your parcel.

Cost of Delivery

We use UPS Standard Delivery. Once the item is dispatched it should take less than 24 working hours to arrive with you. The cost of delivery is: GBP6.80 + VAT (orders up tp GBP300). If your order exceeds GBP300 we offer free P&P.

Price Information

All prices quoted on our website are NET prices excluding VAT. The VAT is included during the checkout prong added to sellable refurbished stock.

UnbeatableGadgets only currently sell within the UK.

Collection of Orders

We are unable to offer a collection service on any of our products from our premsis. We offer UPS Standard delivery for only GBP6.80 + VAT (Free if your order exceeds GBP300). With UPS you can be sure to receive a reliable service.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order with us at any time before we allocate the stock for your order. Please ring our enquiries phone line for further information. UnbeatableGadgets reserve the right to cancel your order at any point before the item is dispatched. If we decide to cancel your order, your funds will be refunded immediately, and we will send e-mail notification.

We welcome all feedback about our products and services and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers quickly and fairly.
