If you suspect that you have a faulty item, please contact our technical support team by e-mail on sales@unbeatablegadgets.co.uk. They will be able to diagnose whether you have a faulty item. If your item is suspected to be faulty, we will arrange to have it fully inspected by our engineers. Should our engineers find a fault with the item, it will be replaced with another unit.
Once you have contacted the technical support team, they will give you an RMA number, which we require to process the returned product.
